Administration Assistant/Customer Service/Sales Support
- Answering incoming customer calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist with front desk duties, including receiving and directing visitors.
- Customer Service, directing customers to our online store over the phone and with emails. Processing and supporting sales orders and coordinating orders/shipments with our Sacramento warehouse.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents.
- Provide clerical support to the team by organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Filing & organizing using online platforms
- Organizing and tracking inventory
- Monthly visits to our Sacramento warehouse to count and record inventory
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
