We are looking for a driven professional with a great attitude. Right candidate must be able to prioritize tasks and work well with others under pressure and enjoy working independently while taking pride in their work. Job training will be provided.
Right candidate is willing to grow with our company starting with part-time in your home-based office and ideally growing with our company as you learn the job. Position immediately available.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering incoming sales calls
- Customer Service, directing customers to our online store
- Processing sales orders
- Ordering components and supplies
- Basic Data Entry
- Filing & Organizing using online platforms
- organizing and tracking inventory
- Desire to learn the Solar industry and grow with our company
- Must have own computer and smart phone
- Must have high speed WIFI
- Must have quiet and professional workspace.
- Friendly and professional
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Detail oriented, well organized, excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, able to change direction on assignments quickly
- Must have strong computer skills, Microsoft 365 suite, DropBox, Google docs/sheets, and similar online platforms
- Must have strong technical internet skills
- Strong work ethic / Punctuality / Reliable and Dependable
- Service driven; responsive to issues and concerns
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems
